Before a cooperation is accepted and the service scope is confirmed, messages containing phone, WeChat, or email details are blocked, with the current step and next action shown. The requester can enable contact exchange only when all of the following are met: 1. The cooperation status is "Accepted". 2. Both the requester and the provider have confirmed the service scope. After it is enabled, messages containing contact details still go through safety review and become visible once approved. This mechanism ensures both parties agree on the service scope before moving to offline communication.
- LynHub provides request display, cooperation-intent records, collaboration confirmations, and public-credit tools. It does not hold transaction funds, does not guarantee transactions, takes no commission, and does not take part in offline or private payments. - Scope, price, deliverables, revision counts, payment method, and liability should be confirmed in writing by both parties, who should keep their own records. - A collaboration confirmation only records the fact of cooperation and does not replace an offline contract or payment records. - In case of disputes, the parties resolve them themselves; the platform does not act as an arbitrator.
Items involving construction, safety, electrical, structural, fire, or gas work are high-risk: 1. Online results serve only as design consultation or deepening reference and do not replace on-site verification or final construction judgment. 2. Taste contributors cannot take on high-risk types. 3. High-risk types must be handled by qualified professional providers and verified on site by a locally qualified professional before construction. Clarify qualification boundaries before cooperating, and truthfully check the safety and offline items in the service scope.
Report the following through the report entry. The platform handles violating content, false cooperation records, and revokes certifications: - Advertising, lead-generation, harassment, or fraud risks; - Insults or other violating content; - False cooperation records or qualification fraud. The platform handles verifiable violations but cannot guarantee that no risks ever occur. Keep communication records and assess risks yourself.
