The client and LynHub agree the scope, exact quote and contract. The parties sign personally, then pay, deliver and accept by milestone. Accepting an intent is not signing or payment. Revisions, acceptance, disputes and refunds for formal LynHub orders follow the effective contract and order evidence. Lead designers and specialists in lighting, interiors or visualization have separate service orders, deliverables and responsibilities.
Taste contributors focus on style, soft furnishing, color, inspiration, and aesthetic review. They do not take on construction drawings, MEP, electrical planning, load-bearing walls, gas, fire safety, or structural changes.
LynHub organizes design collaboration around real space needs, rather than simply stacking rendered images.
Requests, proposals, and reviews build version relationships around the same context, not one-off transactions.
AI supports concept exploration; qualified professionals review and remain responsible for professional plans.
Requests, Reviews and Forks are free. Tool points and AI Credits follow each tool’s rules. Paid AI tools share a rechargeable AI Credits balance and have individual prices. Free local tools and community-point passes keep their own rules. AI top-ups do not pay for formal design services.
Members agree private cooperation outside LynHub orders themselves; the platform does not guarantee those transactions. For formal LynHub orders, LynHub bears the design-service responsibilities agreed in the contract. LynHub does not undertake on-site construction or provide licensed funds custody. Electrical, structural, gas, fire-safety and other high-risk work needs review by locally qualified professionals.
