The client and LynHub agree the scope, exact quote and contract. The parties sign personally, then pay, deliver and accept by milestone. Accepting an intent is not signing or payment. Revisions, acceptance, disputes and refunds for formal LynHub orders follow the effective contract and order evidence. Lead designers and specialists in lighting, interiors or visualization have separate service orders, deliverables and responsibilities.
Paid AI tools share a rechargeable AI Credits balance and have individual prices. Free local tools and community-point passes keep their own rules. AI top-ups do not pay for formal design services.
Members agree private cooperation outside LynHub orders themselves; the platform does not guarantee those transactions. For formal LynHub orders, LynHub bears the design-service responsibilities agreed in the contract.

The proposed 8% is included in the client’s contract price. It takes effect only with an approved policy, effective terms and the parties’ confirmation. Taxes and payment-channel fees need separate agreement. Older contracts are not changed retroactively. Revisions, acceptance, disputes and refunds for formal LynHub orders follow the effective contract and order evidence. For orders that validly adopt V2, ordinary refunds do not automatically reverse the accrued platform fee. Lawful exceptions are decided separately; customer refund rights are unaffected.

Electrical, structural, gas, fire-safety and other high-risk work needs review by locally qualified professionals.
