(b) Files you choose to upload: floor plans, site photos, project images, renders, reference images, PDFs, and similar files. (c) Technical information: pages visited, browser type, device information, basic logs, and language preferences. (d) Public content: design requests, project descriptions, reviews, license choices, and fork status.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information for: content review; necessary communication; displaying content you have agreed to share; organizing design collaboration, reviews, forks, and version history; processing copyright complaints, privacy requests, and community governance; and maintaining security and preventing abuse and spam.
4. Public Display Rules
Contact email and name are not publicly displayed by default unless you explicitly choose to make them public. Design requests, project descriptions, images, and license status may be displayed on public pages based on your confirmation.
5. File and Image Privacy
Users should not upload ID documents, detailed home addresses, unit numbers, phone numbers, client names, contracts, invoices, unauthorized construction drawings, or images containing faces or minors' private information. If such content must be uploaded, users should blur or remove sensitive information first.
6. Data Processing Principles
We process personal information in accordance with principles of lawfulness, fairness, necessity, good faith, transparency, purpose limitation, and data minimization.
7. Third-Party Services and Infrastructure
LynHub relies on third-party infrastructure (including database, object storage, authentication, hosting, and CDN services) to store and process user data. We do not sell personal information and only process information as necessary for content review, service maintenance, legal requirements, rights complaint processing, platform security, or with your consent. Third-party services access data only within their authorized scope.
8. Cross-Border and Global Access
Because LynHub serves a global community, your public content may be visible to visitors in different countries and regions. Contact information is not public by default, but content you publish publicly may be visible across borders.
9. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. You may request deletion or correction of your information. Records may be retained as necessary in connection with disputes, complaints, security, or legal obligations.
