1. Service Positioning
LynHub is an open design collaboration platform organized around design requests, projects, proposals, structured reviews, forks, and version history. LynHub is not a construction service provider, renovation contractor, financial service provider, and does not guarantee the construction feasibility, budget accuracy, or commercial outcome of any design proposal.
2. User Eligibility and Responsibility
Users must have the legal right to submit, publicly display, and license their content. Users may not impersonate others or submit false, misleading, illegal, infringing, or privacy-violating content.
3. User Submissions
Users may submit design requests, design projects, descriptions, images, drawings, comments, reviews, and improvement suggestions. Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, completeness, and authorization status of their submissions.
4. Public Display and Platform Review
Public content submitted by users may be displayed on LynHub's public pages. The platform may review, hide, restrict, delete, or refuse to publish content based on content safety, copyright, privacy, spam, malicious traffic generation, or community guideline violations.
5. Design, Construction, Budget, and On-Site Verification Risks
Reviews, forks, and proposals on the platform serve as design collaboration and information reference only. They do not constitute formal design contracts, construction advice, engineering quotes, legal opinions, or investment recommendations. Design proposals, construction drawings, quotations, material substitutions, and judgments about load-bearing walls, gas, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and structure require professional on-site verification; platform content cannot directly replace construction drawings, structural judgments, or fire, gas, plumbing, and electrical code review. Users should independently verify or consult professionals before offline construction, procurement, or contracting.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following are prohibited: uploading infringing images, plagiarism, unauthorized client materials, content containing ID numbers, phone numbers, addresses or other sensitive private information, malicious advertising, low-quality traffic generation, harassment, abuse, discrimination, hate speech, illegal content, automated scraping, or actions that compromise platform stability.
7. Accounts and Contact Information
Users may provide a contact email and name through submission pages. Contact information is not publicly displayed by default and is used only for content review, necessary communication, rights complaint processing, and platform service notifications.
8. Intellectual Property
Users retain all rights they hold under applicable law in their original content, while granting the platform the necessary licenses for display, storage, distribution, promotion, and collaboration support as described in the Content License Agreement.
9. Third-Party Content and Links
The platform may contain third-party websites, tools, or user-submitted links. The platform makes no warranty regarding third-party content, services, accuracy, security, or availability.
10. Service Changes and Content Management
The platform may adjust pages, rules, features, and content display methods based on product operations, compliance, security, or community governance needs.
11. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for offline transactions, construction outcomes, material procurement, budget estimates, collaboration outcomes, or third-party actions between users.
