Community Guidelines
Last updated: June 2026
1. Authentic, Respectful, Collaborative
LynHub encourages structured discussion, project improvement, and version evolution around real design problems. Members should participate using a real identity or recognizable handle, respect other users, designers, and clients, and provide evidence-based suggestions on circulation, scale, daylight, materials, budget, storage, experience, and feasibility.
2. No Infringing Content
Do not upload plagiarism, stolen images, unauthorized works, client drawings, renders, or third-party-restricted materials. Infringing content will be hidden or removed, and repeat infringers may be restricted. Copyright complaints can be submitted to legal@lynhub.com.
3. No Privacy Leaks or ID Documents
Do not post others' phone numbers, emails, detailed addresses, unit numbers, ID documents, bank card numbers, contract numbers, or client names. Content containing ID numbers, faces, or minors' private information will be prioritized for hiding.
4. No Ads, Traffic Generation, or Spam
Malicious advertising, traffic generation, spam, WeChat or QR redirection, low-price renovation packages, and duplicated pasting are prohibited. The platform restricts commercial redirection and manipulation.
5. No Abuse, Threats, or Harassment
Personal attacks, abuse, discrimination, hate speech, threats, and harassment are prohibited. Ordinary negative feedback and criticism do not constitute violations, but personal attacks and threats will be addressed, and serious cases may result in account bans.
6. No Unsafe Construction Advice
Do not encourage unqualified construction or arbitrary modification of load-bearing walls, shear walls, gas lines, exhaust flues, fire safety equipment, or main plumbing and electrical risers. Load-bearing walls, gas, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and structural suggestions must be cautious and rely on structural drawings, property management confirmation, or professional on-site verification. Platform content cannot replace professional judgment.
7. Low-Quality Content Handling
Empty titles, overly short bodies, duplicated pasting, and vague baseless reviews are flagged and handled by the moderation system. Low-quality content is not necessarily a violation, but it may be restricted or require supplementation.
8. Review and Fork Standards
Reviews should be specific and actionable, avoiding vague criticism, with reasoning grounded in circulation, scale, daylight, storage, materials, budget, feasibility, and living experience. Forks should state which project they are based on, what was changed, why, and the potential benefits and new risks.
9. Enforcement
Based on rules and evidence, the platform may warn, hide, delete, restrict display, restrict submissions, or ban accounts that violate these guidelines. Content involving serious infringement, privacy leaks, threats, or ID documents will be prioritized for hiding.
10. Reporting, Review, and Appeals
Users may report via the report entry on content pages or hello@lynhub.com; the platform will review as soon as possible. To appeal or explain a decision, contact support@lynhub.com; for legal and copyright matters, contact legal@lynhub.com. Reports and copyright complaints are not final judicial rulings; the platform makes content governance decisions based on rules and evidence.
