Copyright Policy

Last updated: June 2026

1. Scope

This process applies when you believe that project images, drawings, text descriptions, design proposals, reviews, or other content on the platform infringes your copyright, trademark, likeness, privacy, or other legal rights.

2. Information to Prepare Before Filing

Before filing, please prepare: the link or content ID of the allegedly infringing content on the platform; a description of the original work you claim is infringed; your name or organization name and contact email. If filed by an agent, prepare proof of authorization.

3. Required Content of a Copyright Complaint

A complete copyright complaint should include: the link or content ID of the allegedly infringing content; a description of the original work; proof of ownership or authorization; the complainant's name or entity and contact information; the reasons you believe it is infringing; a statement of good faith and accuracy confirming the complaint is true and that you are the rights holder or authorized; and a signature or recognizable electronic signature. The platform may request additional materials if incomplete.

4. Platform Processing

Upon receiving a complaint, the platform will review it as soon as possible, conducting a formal review and necessary verification. For clearly infringing content or complaints with sufficient materials, the platform may hide, restrict, or remove the content in advance; for insufficient complaints, the platform may request additional materials. The platform does not commit to a specific processing time and does not act as the final adjudicator of copyright ownership.

5. Respondent's Statement and Appeals

Users whose content has been challenged may submit proof of authorization, proof of originality, fair use explanations, or other defense materials. The platform will decide whether to restore content based on the materials and platform rules. To dispute a decision, contact support@lynhub.com.

6. Repeat Infringer Handling

For accounts that, after a confirmed infringing takedown, republish similar infringing content, the platform may take stricter measures, including restricting submissions, hiding content, or banning the account. Bad faith or abusive complaints may be rejected and may affect the handling of future complaints.

7. DMCA Notice (US)

For complaints under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act, the notice should include information sufficient to identify the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing content, the rights holder's contact information, a statement of good faith, a statement of accuracy, and an electronic or physical signature. The platform will process notices in accordance with applicable law and platform rules. The platform has not registered a DMCA notification agent; copyright complaints may be sent to legal@lynhub.com.
