How to View and Manage Your Account Status
The account page brings together sign-in details, submissions, saved items, cooperation records, provider identity, and request status management. This guide explains each area, sign-out, and common questions.
How to access the account status page
After signing in, you can open the account page from the Account link in the site navigation. If you are signed out, the page shows a sign-in prompt and a "Go to login" button. Account content is shown only to the current signed-in user.
What information is displayed on the page
After signing in, the account and collaboration center is organized into the following sections, accessible via the top navigation: 1. Overview: your registered email, sign-in status, provider identity status, primary action entries (publish a request, upload a project, browse requests, browse projects), and a collaboration summary. 2. My publications: your published design requests and projects, with moderation status, review notes, material count, last updated time, and available actions (view public page, edit, resubmit, or withdraw) depending on status. 3. My participation: your proposals, structured reviews, and forked improvements, with links to the related request or project and next-step actions. 4. Saved: your saved public requests and projects, with a link to the full saved-items page. Saving is for tracking public content, not a private bookmarking system. 5. Cooperation: sent and received cooperation intents, adoption records, and collaboration confirmations. The platform does not hold funds; both parties must confirm scope, price, deliverables, revision rounds, payment method, and contractual responsibilities themselves. 6. Provider identity: public display name, role, accepted task types, certification status, and high-risk qualification. Certification represents a review of your profile and scope, not a guarantee of professional competence. 7. Public credit: adoptions received, collaboration confirmations, and provider status — all automatically summarised from your real collaboration data, with no manual scoring or ranking. Content may show pending review, changes requested, published, hidden, or withdrawn status. Every empty state includes an actionable next-step entry.
How to sign out
At the bottom of the account status page, there is a red-bordered "Sign out" button. Clicking it will clear your login state and redirect you back to the login page. After signing out, you will need to re-enter your email and password to access features that require login. Security reminders: - Always sign out after using a public computer or someone else's device. - Simply closing the browser window does not automatically sign you out. - If you suspect your account is logged in on an unauthorized device, sign out and consider changing your password.
What to do if login fails
If you see a "Sign-in confirmation failed. Please try again." message after logging in, it means there was a problem during the authentication callback process. Possible reasons include: 1. Unstable network connection causing the authentication request to time out. 2. Browser cookies are disabled or have been cleared. 3. The account service is temporarily unavailable. Solutions: - Refresh the page and try logging in again. - Check if your browser allows cookies. - If the issue persists after multiple attempts, contact support@lynhub.com.
Why you may not be able to log in immediately after signing up
After signing up successfully, the system will automatically log you in and redirect to the account status page. If you signed up with an email verification code, entering the correct code completes both signup and login. If you signed up with Google, completing the Google authorization logs you in automatically. However, you may not be able to enter immediately in the following cases: 1. Network delay: the authentication request may be delayed due to network issues. Wait a few seconds and refresh the page to retry. 2. Browser issues: certain browser extensions or privacy settings may interfere with the authentication flow. Try logging in using incognito mode. 3. Account service temporarily unavailable: if you see a message saying "The account service is temporarily unavailable", please try again later or contact support@lynhub.com. If you were redirected directly to the account status page after signing up, it means both signup and login were successful — no additional action is needed.
Security and privacy reminders
Please follow these security rules: - Do not share your account and password with others. One account is for one person only. - Do not check "remember password" or save login state on public computers. - Always click the "Sign out" button after using a public computer — do not just close the browser. - If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support@lynhub.com immediately. - Platform staff will never ask for your password through any channel. - Your user ID is an internal system identifier — it is not sensitive information, but do not casually share it with others. - Do not treat any technical configuration information (such as environment variables or API keys) as your user information.
