How to cooperate safely
LynHub provides request display, cooperation-intent records, and public-credit tools. It does not hold transaction funds, does not guarantee transactions, and does not take part in offline or private payments between parties.
Safe cooperation essentials
1. Before confirming cooperation, learn about the other party's ability and credit through public suggestions, reviews, and adoption records. 2. Scope, price, deliverables, revision counts, payment method, and liability should be confirmed in writing by both parties. 3. For construction, safety, electrical, structural, fire, or gas matters, a locally qualified professional must verify on site before construction. 4. The platform does not hold funds, does not guarantee transactions, takes no commission, and does not take part in offline or private payments. Keep communication records and assess risks yourself. 5. Report false cooperation records or violations through the report entry. The platform handles false records and revokes certifications.
