User content does not automatically represent Company views. Legitimate criticism is protected; infringement, leaks, harassment and access-control abuse are prohibited. Necessary lawful governance, review of urgent restrictions and good-faith reports that are unsupported are distinguished from malicious reporting.
Informational summary only. Mainland China Paid V1 is governed by the authoritative zh-CN text; this summary is not legally equivalent. 简体中文
1. Authenticity, respect and collaboration
LynHub, operated by 青岛泽森引擎信息科技有限公司 (the Company), encourages structured discussions, proposal improvements and version evolution around real design problems. Members participate under identifiable accounts, respect users, designers and customers, and explain grounds for suggestions about circulation, dimensions, lighting, materials, budgets, storage, experience and feasibility. Ordinary users need not disclose identity-document names publicly; formal verification uses designated private channels. User content, reviews and forks do not automatically represent Company views, approval or professional commitments.
2. Infringing content and lawful governance
Image theft, plagiarism and unauthorised uploads of others' works, customer drawings, renderings or restricted third-party materials are prohibited. The Company takes necessary measures according to specific indications, preliminary evidence, risks and procedures; mentioning copyright does not alone establish infringement. There is no contractual guarantee of substantive pre-review of every item, but statutory reviews and necessary action on valid notices or actual or constructive knowledge remain required, without exemption from legal liability. Evidenced repeated infringement may be restricted under section 9. Copyright notices go to legal@lynhub.com and follow the classified copyright process.
3. No public disclosure of private or sensitive identity materials
Do not disclose others' phones, emails, detailed addresses, door numbers, identity documents, bank cards, contract numbers, customer identities or other unsuitable details without a lawful basis. The Company promptly takes necessary measures according to risk and law for identity documents, faces, minors' privacy or customer secrets. This limits public publication, not necessary identity, authority or contract submissions through lawful designated private channels. Private submission does not permit public circulation.
4. Malicious promotion, spam and technical abuse
Malicious advertising, harassing traffic diversion, flooding, repeated pasting and deceptive marketing are prohibited, as are automated metric manipulation, bulk spam Agents, malicious private-data collection and circumvention of permissions, access controls, reasonable rate limits or security checks. Ordinary compliant tools are not automatically violations; abuse follows conduct and evidence. Public promotion restrictions do not prevent authorised cooperation conversations from normally exchanging necessary contacts at permitted stages.
5. Abuse, threats and harassment; legitimate criticism
Personal attacks, discrimination, hate, threats and harassment are prohibited. Good-faith negative reviews, factual feedback and legitimate criticism do not become violations because they disadvantage the Company or users, nor justify suppressing lawful reviews. Unlawful or expressly prohibited expression receives necessary measures proportionate to specific facts and risks. Subjective displeasure does not justify serious restrictions.
6. Dangerous construction and professional on-site review
Encouraging unqualified construction or arbitrary alteration of load-bearing or shear walls, gas pipes, flues, fire systems or water and electrical mains is prohibited. Structural, fire, gas, water and electrical suggestions must explain their information basis and risks and, as needed, undergo qualified professional checking against the site, structural drawings and property requirements. Free reviews and concepts do not guarantee direct construction outcomes. Agreed paid design or site services follow orders and professional terms; statutory responsibility is not reduced.
7. Low-quality content
Empty titles, missing necessary explanations, repeated pasting and unsupported reviews may receive requests for supplements, markings or display restrictions under clear function or display rules. Low quality is not necessarily unlawful or a violation, and the Company does not guarantee automated discovery of every item. Restrictions require matching rules, facts and necessity; 'low quality' does not replace infringement or breach determinations.
8. Review and fork standards
Reviews should identify specific problems, grounds, suggestions and conditions, avoiding vague attacks. Fork improvements identify source proposals and versions, changes, reasons, possible benefits and new risks, following the Content Publication and Licensing Agreement and third-party restrictions. Actionable suggestions are not construction guarantees; Open Collaboration does not remove fork authors' responsibility for additions and uses.
9. Necessary governance, urgent restrictions and review
Under law, published rules, evidence and risk, the Company may issue reminders, request supplements, hide or delete content, restrict display or submission, or suspend or terminate relevant account services as necessary. Urgent infringement, privacy disclosure, threats or security attacks may receive temporary restrictions first, with lawful evidence preservation and required notice of facts, reasons, basis and review channels. Confidentiality requirements or risk-increasing immediate notice follow law. Measures against related accounts require verifiable evidence of abuse links, not merely shared networks, IPs or ordinary negative reviews. Measures must be proportionate; effects on paid performance also require lawful handling of specific order duties. Governance is not final judicial adjudication and does not exclude statutory remedies.
10. Reports, review and appeals
Use page channels to report or request governance review. A one-submission self-service limit does not exclude new evidence, human review or other lawful remedies. Supplements and human handling: support@lynhub.com; copyright and legal notices: legal@lynhub.com. Ordinary appeals do not replace specific legal procedures. Review follows evidence and applicable procedure without guaranteed restoration of content or accounts. Unsupported good-faith reports are not malicious and do not trigger automatic penalties. Deliberately false, extortionate or other abusive reports entail responsibility according to evidence and law. Different valid complaints, new evidence and statutory remedies are not categorically refused because of past counts.
11. Rule announcements, changes and remedies
The Legal and Rules Centre conveniently displays and searches currently effective rules and offers full downloads; published history is accessible through a secondary entry. Applicable online trading platform rules are made and amended with lawful public consultation, organised feedback and advance announcements: normally at least 7 days, at least 15 for major rights amendments, and reasonable lawful transitions. Actual announcements determine dates and status; this candidate text's existence does not make it effective. All historical versions from the three years before the amended version takes effect and required opinion materials are fully retained by law; new versions do not overwrite evidence. No default ticking or unreasonable forced acceptance; users may lawfully exit after rejecting changes, with existing matters following applicable old rules, valid contracts and law, without unreasonable exit conditions. Platform procedures do not mechanically replace legal handling of individually negotiated agreements. Negotiation and review do not exclude complaints, reporting, mediation, arbitration under a valid agreement or lawful proceedings; the Company bears its own statutory duties.
