Users retain their rights; the platform receives only necessary operational licences. Display Only is the default; Open Collaboration requires active choice. 1. Users retain rights
This Agreement applies to authorisations for content you publish or submit through LynHub functions. The operator is 青岛泽森引擎信息科技有限公司 (the Company). You retain lawful rights in original designs, text, images, drawings and proposal descriptions. The following licences do not transfer ownership, confer third-party rights or imply default adoption of an external licence. They cover only content you may license, within your chosen publication scope and applicable orders.
2. Necessary operational licence to the platform
When publishing, within your selected public, display or collaboration scope, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free necessary operational licence for platform browsing, reviews, version evolution, governance and disclosed public-content promotion: necessary storage, copying, translation, format or size conversion, compression, thumbnails, display, review, CDN distribution, security backups and dispute evidence. This licence may involve global access within that necessary service scope but does not replace statutory conditions for personal-information processing or cross-border provision. The Company may grant entrusted technical parties necessary processing permissions only for those purposes, requiring protection and limited use without independent exploitation. The licence does not include default AI training, arbitrary resale of third-party copyright, or publication or promotion of private customer files. Uses beyond it require separate valid authorisation and legally necessary choices.
3. Two proposal availability modes
Public projects have two modes: - Display Only: permits display, review and technical processing within section 2's necessary scope without granting other users LynHub on-platform fork rights. - Open Collaboration: additionally permits necessary collaboration by other LynHub users for on-platform forks, modification, display, review and version evolution, without automatic external commercial-use rights. Display Only is the pre-publication default; you actively choose Open Collaboration. The mode cannot be changed after publication means the published version's collaboration licence choice; it does not impede lawful removal of unlawful, infringing or privacy content or personal-information rights. Lawfully established derivative licences, contracts and necessary evidence are handled separately under section 7.
4. Forked derivative proposals
Forks of Open Collaboration projects remain published as Open Collaboration, retaining source-version and licence relationships so others can continue on-platform improvement. A fork does not imply original-author approval or Company ownership through display. Fork authors must hold rights for additions, third-party materials and uses and comply with restrictions. Open Collaboration does not guarantee legality, fitness for a purpose or direct buildability.
5. Complete deliverables and commercial materials
Public project display does not freely open all construction drawings, quotations, material lists, CAD source files, customer details or other commercial files. Access and use require corresponding authority or specific orders. Files in designated private channels, exclusive collaboration rooms and formal delivery are not publicly displayed, promoted or downloadable by unrelated users by default through public projects, community collaboration or this Agreement. Permissions and order licences apply separately.
6. Third-party materials and user responsibility
You must have authority to provide content and grant the chosen display or collaboration licence and must not upload unauthorised cases, works, drawings, photographs, assets, trade secrets, contracts or customer details. Public display and collaboration of commissioned customer content require corresponding rights and lawful provision of third-party personal information, removing unsuitable private and commercially sensitive details. Explain third-party restrictions truthfully; this Agreement cannot expand their licences. If your breach makes you legally responsible and causes a valid third-party claim against the Company, you bear causally connected actual reasonable losses and necessary enforcement and remedial costs within your responsibility. The Company's own fault, statutory duties and reasonably avoidable increased losses are not shifted to you. Unilateral records or arbitrary settlements do not automatically establish your debt; you may lawfully object and provide evidence.
7. Historical licences, deletion and originals
Existing versions and valid authorisations retain original records. New publications follow the mode and licence effective when published; new rules are not applied retrospectively to expand old licences. Deleting or hiding public versions does not retroactively alter lawful Fork or Revision sources, derivative or order licences and does not prevent lawful removal of infringing, unlawful or privacy content. Separate relationships follow law and valid arrangements. Removed content is not arbitrarily promoted further. Backups, dispute evidence and legally retained materials receive restricted processing only for corresponding purposes, category periods and lawful preservation grounds, without permanent survival of all originals. The platform is not a permanent source-file backup service; keep your originals. This reminder does not relieve express storage, delivery or statutory duties.
8. Infringement complaints and contacts
If content infringes rights, submit its location, rights or authorisation basis and preliminary evidence through the copyright complaint page or legal@lynhub.com. The Company takes necessary measures, forwards notices or statements and handles restoration and legal procedures according to rights, business context and applicable law, without one deadline for every complaint or final ownership judgments. Sensitive identity and agency materials use designated controlled channels rather than public comments. Content licensing: support@lynhub.com; copyright and legal complaints: legal@lynhub.com.
9. Project licences in managed professional design services
Customers obtain project-specific use licences or order-agreed rights after full payment of the applicable price, not automatically all copyright. Scope, files, purposes and third-party restrictions follow legally valid orders and specific terms. Community Display Only or Open Collaboration licences do not replace commercial customer licences. Suppliers need valid authority to grant the Company rights required for performance; this Agreement does not remove confidentiality, permission or personal-information requirements for private customer files.
