Personal-information processing for accounts, community and formal services actually used, public and private material boundaries, third-party processing, category-specific retention and rights. Reading confirmation is not blanket consent; sensitive identity processing requires a separate independent choice.
Informational summary only. Mainland China Paid V1 is governed by the authoritative zh-CN text; this summary is not legally equivalent. 简体中文
1. Scope and grounds for processing
This Policy explains how 青岛泽森引擎信息科技有限公司 processes personal information when providing LynHub accounts, community and formal services you actually use. Each processing activity has a defined purpose and applicable lawful basis: processing necessary to conclude or perform a contract to which you are a party, statutory duties and other legally permitted circumstances apply separately. Where consent is needed, you choose voluntarily and expressly after clear notice. Using the site, accepting the User Agreement or confirming that you read this Policy is not blanket consent to all processing, sensitive information, provision to independent recipients or cross-border processing. This Policy does not replace function-specific notices and choices.
2. Information categories and functions
Account and security functions process email or phone, account identifiers and necessary login and security records according to your chosen login method; third-party login processes identifiers and details supplied by that method and necessary for login. Community functions process submitted requests, projects, images, text, reviews, public profiles, licence choices and necessary version relationships. Collaboration processes messages, files and access authorisations according to participation. Formal services process business-entity and representative verification, settlement and invoice details, quotations, orders, contracts, delivery and dispute records within the function's necessary scope. Sensitive verification follows separate notices; ordinary community users need not submit identity documents or faces. Mentioning a category does not authorise collection for functions not offered to you.
3. Purposes and choice boundaries
Relevant information establishes and maintains account sessions, prevents impersonation and supports security, performs requested publication, collaboration and licensing, records points and reputation, and completes eligibility verification, contracting, delivery, settlement and lawful dispute handling you actually request. Acceptance of the Agreement, reading of privacy notices, legally necessary consent and separate sensitive-identity consent are recorded and applied separately and do not replace one another. Refusing or withdrawing unnecessary processing does not affect unrelated basic functions. Where information is genuinely necessary for a requested specific service, affected functions are explained. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful consent-based processing or turn existing records into material freely usable for other purposes.
4. Public display and user choice
Contact email and contact name are not public by default unless you expressly choose publication. Projects, requests, images, descriptions, reviews, profiles and licence status you confirm as public may be displayed and viewed by others. Check addresses, contact details, photos and customer information before publishing. Public display does not also expose private collaboration files, verification or order materials. Changes or removal requests for public details are handled separately from lawfully existing versions, licences and dispute evidence; removed personal information must not continue to be used for unrelated promotion.
5. Images, files and third-party information
Do not publish identity documents, bank cards, phone numbers, customer contracts, invoices or other private or sensitive material in public projects, requests, comments or rule feedback. Designated private verification, order or file channels accept only materials necessary for the operation; access follows object and role permissions and is not automatically opened by public display. When submitting another natural person's information, you need a lawful basis for provision, clear notice and necessary authorisation or consent under applicable requirements. Your tick cannot replace that person's legally required choice. The platform retains its necessary checking and personal-information protection duties despite submitter declarations.
6. Necessity, security and incident handling
We limit collection, purposes and access according to legality, propriety, necessity, good faith and transparency, taking necessary encryption, masking, access control and security measures appropriate to information categories. Network and technical measures cannot guarantee absolute absence of risk, but do not relieve statutory duties. On discovering actual or possible disclosure, alteration or loss, we take lawful remedial measures and report to authorities and notify affected persons as required. Notices state known categories, possible impact, remedies and contacts without replacing facts with unverified conclusions.
7. Technical providers and independent recipients
Accounts, databases, storage, cybersecurity, notifications, moderation, identity verification, troubleshooting and payments involve relevant providers only when actually enabled. Processing follows the enabled-provider list and action notice supplied with that function, identifying recipient names and contacts, purposes, necessary categories, methods, entrusted or independent roles, retention and rights channels. A service not yet enabled does not mean your information has been sent. Entrusted processors act only within agreed purposes, periods, categories and security requirements; we define responsibilities and supervise by law without granting unrestricted use. Provision to independent personal-information handlers requires applicable specific notice and necessary separate consent. New processing does not start under this Policy's general descriptions while recipients, actual scope or necessary lawful conditions remain undefined.
8. Overseas processing and cross-border conditions
Storage, transmission and recipient locations may differ between services. This Policy does not guarantee all information stays domestically or grant blanket cross-border authorisation. Before necessary cross-border processing, we disclose the actual overseas recipient's name, contacts, purpose, method, categories and means of exercising rights and fulfil applicable assessments, contracts, certification or other lawful conditions and legally required separate consent. New cross-border processing does not start while paths, recipients or necessary conditions remain undefined. Ordinary account choices or privacy-reading records do not replace these requirements.
9. Category-specific retention, deletion and restricted retention
Information is retained by category for the shortest period necessary for its purpose and applicable statutory requirements, without one duration for everything or permanent retention of all originals for audit. Accounts and security verification follow account functions, security purposes and closure requests separately, minimising acceptance or security proof retained. Public content, versions and licence proof are managed separately; removal does not retrospectively change lawful licences. Orders, contracts, delivery, fiscal records and rule history follow their respective statutory periods and starting conditions; rule-history periods do not apply to all personal information. Identity and authority originals are limited to specific verification or agency purposes, with separate bases for results and necessary consent proof. Error, security and analysis logs limit fields and retention by purpose; backups follow actual rotation, and deleted data cannot be restored for everyday business. When purposes or retention bases end, delete or anonymise by law. Genuine statutory record, performance, dispute or preservation grounds permit only necessary scope, restricted access and purposes, with continuing review. If a statutory period has not expired or immediate deletion is technically difficult, cease processing other than storage and necessary security under applicable rules, including marketing and other ordinary uses.
10. Rights requests, identity checks and review
You may ask support@lynhub.com for access, copies, correction, supplementation, deletion, withdrawal, processing restrictions or explanations; legally qualifying transfer and other rights are handled by law. Identify the relevant account, information and requested action without sending originals publicly. Preventing impersonation or disclosure requires only necessary, proportionate identity checks based on request risk, using designated private channels for necessary additional materials. Record scope, decision, actual implementation and notice. If immediate deletion or fulfilment is impossible, explain the applicable basis, restrictions and review channels. You may add evidence, request review, complain to authorities or seek court remedies. Contact channels neither limit statutory duties nor prove every request handled. This Policy and applicable rules can be fully read and saved.
11. Minors' information
Services target users legally able to use relevant functions with corresponding civil capacity; dedicated services for minors are not open, and this Policy does not state otherwise. Submitters must pay particular attention to privacy and safety in minors' home environments, photos and other details and avoid unnecessary publication. Processing information of children under fourteen requires guardian consent, dedicated rules and protection conditions by law; processing does not begin without them. Accidentally collected or unlawfully submitted minors' information is lawfully checked, unnecessary use stopped and deletion, restriction or other necessary protections applied. Submitter assurances cannot replace platform duties.
12. Cookies, logs, analytics and error monitoring
Cookies and technical records necessary for sessions, security checks and page operation serve those functions; refusing necessary session storage may affect login and similar functions. Optional analytics, unnecessary tracking or provision to independent monitoring services require explanations of actual enabled scope, bases and legally necessary choices and are not universally necessary by name. Product analytics do not collect sensitive originals such as phone numbers, identity documents, faces, OTPs, Cookies, access credentials or complete private links. Error monitoring also follows necessity and masking, limiting context and third-party receipt. Security troubleshooting does not justify unlimited recording of private text; necessary incident evidence follows specific purposes, permissions and periods.
13. Rights in other regions
Users in regions such as California may, where applicable law and conditions are met, have rights to know, access, correct, delete, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain sensitive uses and non-discrimination. This Policy authorises neither selling personal information nor sharing for cross-context advertising and does not disguise legally qualifying sharing with a 'no sale' label. Processing is assessed by actual enabled functions with applicable notices and choices; requests may be submitted to support@lynhub.com. Legally applicable protections in other jurisdictions are not unreasonably reduced by this Policy.
14. Operator and contacts
Operator and personal-information handler: 青岛泽森引擎信息科技有限公司. Account, privacy and support requests: support@lynhub.com; copyright and legal complaints: legal@lynhub.com. Do not send sensitive originals such as identity documents, bank cards, faces, verification codes or credentials in public comments or unnecessary email text. Necessary supplements use designated controlled channels. Revisions are notified according to actual processing changes and applicable requirements; processing requiring renewed consent receives a separate choice. Updating this Policy does not automatically mean you accept new processing.
